I'm signing up for the "my extra savings" program today. Will the prescription I'm buying today count towards my 10?
Yes, it will be a "live" accumulation.
I forgot my "my extra savings" card. What can I do?
Just provide your phone number. But please note - if you have more than one "my extra savings" card attached to this phone number, this prescription will be added to the first card associated with that phone number. For example, Mr. Smith and Mrs. Smith each have their own "my extra savings" card. Mr. Smith signed up first. By giving the phone number, it will add the prescription to Mr. Smith's card/total.
The coupon won't work. (Presented with "my extra savings" card, minimum purchase met, etc.)
Please note, the coupon MUST be presented with the appropriate "my extra savings" card. So, for example, if Mr. Smith received the coupon using his card number, Mrs. Smith can not redeem the coupon using her (different) card number.
My coupon is expired. What can I do?
Unfortunately an expired coupon can not be accepted. There is no override.
Can our (mine and my spouse's) loyalty cards be merged together?
Unfortunately, no, they cannot. It could be suggested that the family use one card for all of their purchases or prescription purchases.
 
What about prescriptions for my children? Do I need another card?
No, you do not need another card. It is acceptable (and preferred) to use the same "my extra savings" card for all your family's prescriptions.
What if a prescription is voided or refunded? Will the prescription count be updated?
If the prescription is voided before the purchase transaction is finalized, the count will be updated. If the prescription is voided or refunded after the initial transaction is finalized, the count will not be updated.
What if I am on Medicaid and I'm a "my extra savings" member?
If you use Medicaid (or Medicare) and wish to use your "my extra savings" card, the prescription purchase will be rung in a separate transaction. Medicare/Medicaid customers are not elegible for the TEN$ for 10 Club according to the Terms and Conditions of the program.
What if my prescription is mailed? How can I be part of the program?
When you call in for a mail out prescription, be sure to mention you are a "my extra savings" member. If you are not a my extra savings member, you can sign up next time you are in Shopko or click here to sign up online.
